Start here: Apply for OHP at any time of year through https://benefits.oregon.gov. Have household, income and other health coverage information ready.

3. Where and how do I submit?
Submit your medical-benefits application through Oregon ONE, call 800-699-9075 to apply by telephone, or apply at a local ODHS benefits office. Upload requested documents to ONE or deliver them to the office.

- Respond to requests for missing information.
- Review the eligibility notice and health-plan enrollment instructions.
Timing: Applications can be requested year-round; follow the deadline on any agency notice.
4. What will it cost?

5. What happens after I submit?
Read ONE messages for verification requests and your eligibility notice. Respond by the stated dates. Keep contact details current so renewal notices reach you. If approved but you need help using coverage or getting your OHP card, call OHP Client Services at 800-273-0557.
6. What if something goes wrong?
For an incorrect OHP eligibility decision, ask ODHS for a hearing by phone, in writing, in person, or with MSC 0443 before the deadline in your notice. A denial of medical treatment or services follows a separate process: use the denial notice and OHP Appeals and Hearings guidance.
